A Mesa Rectifier Tone I Like???

We’ve heard it in almost every nu-metal album in the 2000’s from Linkin Park to Korn, but I’ve personally never connected with this amp when actually playing it in person. That’s The Mesa Rectifier.

For some reason It’s always been a bit flubby and staticy sounding for my taste, but after a couple decades of playing guitar, I think I’ve finally dialed in a rectifier tone I love and feel inspired by.
